*Storage Space. The space allocated per plan is the total storage space available for client use.  A client can choose to maintain any number of backup sets or historical data within the storage allowance.  Pro-Rata charges apply should a client exceed their allocated storage allowance within a given month.  Typically compression will allow for large amounts of data to be stored within these allowances.

^Setup Fee. The Setup Fee above includes on-site installation within the Greater Sydney Metropolitan area bounded by Hornsby in the North, Penrith in the West and Wollongong in the South.  For clients outside these areas, 30 minutes of phone based installation assistance will be provided which on average is sufficient time for installation and configuration.  Opportunities do exist for certified providers to install and configure the Online Backup client in remote or interstate areas.  Please contact us to make an enquiry or refer to our Partner page for more information.
